Talk title: Characterizing cis-regulatory elements and genetic variants underlying human brain development and disease

Abstract: While genome technologies have dramatically accelerated the discovery of disease-associated genetic variants, understanding their biological function remains a major challenge. In this talk, I will discuss our recent work to improve genome annotation using functional genomics.
