Mapping the regulatory wiring of the genome to connect disease variants to functions

Talk abstract: I will present two new stories from the lab. First, I will describe unpublished work regardin how cohesin tunes 3D enhancer-promoter communication. Second, I will present work to map genes and pathways for coronary artery disease using large-scale Perturb-seq.
